Once fee is pain online or offline nothing is refundable. Once order is dispatched all products will be non-returnable & non-refundable. In case of Consultation physical/online company will provide you a fixed time to connect , in case of missing the slot for consultation will be considered as customer’s fault & no refunds will be entertained in this case. As a special case if company allows company can give you rescheduled time that can be online/offline. No refunds will be entertained on the reason of rescheduling.
